Today was a perfect day at the beach.
Everett and Millie and I met Alicia and Beckett at Harris Beach.
The kids brought their buckets and shovels, dug lots of holes, ran around and threw sand at each other.
So much fun.
Keeping it real (real CRAZY) with Oliver, Everett and Camilla!

A few weeks ago, Matt and I got to tag along on Grandma Dorothy’s 90th birthday gift… a day in Seattle and a Mariner’s game.
It was a whirlwind, amazing, ridiculously fun 26-hour excursion!
Here’s Grandma reading up on Brad Pitt in the plane on the way to Seattle.
Alan put on his soup bib for lunch at Wild Ginger.
A group shot at the restaurant.
Grandma’s happy to be at Safeco Field!
So are we.
Dad put on his “rally cap” to try to help the Mariner’s get a win!
Apparently it wasn’t enough, because the Mariners lost by a run.
Even the rain at the end of the game didn’t dampen our spirits!
So, one day you have a baby…
… you turn around a few times and he’s going to kindergarten.
I hope he’s having fun.
Here are some pictures from our running adventure, the Hood to Coast relay.
Here is our team before we started at Timberline.
I’m not trying to brag, but I had the BEST van driver.
We decorated our vans
The runners of Van 1: Kyle, Darren, Iris, Sam, me, and Grant
Here I am passing the bracelet to Grant after my first leg of the race
We’re still happy!
A view of Mt Hood from one of the exchanges
Mist and honeybuckets in Mist, Oregon
Honeybuckets in Seaside!
Our team crossed the finish line a little over 29 hours after we started.

And the penguin tank

What a croc!
On the zoo train with our favorite cousins and aunt
Everett was flirting with a little girl through the window
Super fun day!
